We primarily sell women’s clothing.

All activities on the website are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Orders & Payment

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Customers must provide correct name, mobile number, and address when confirming an order.

Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or through designated mobile banking/bank accounts.

Any incorrect information provided after order confirmation is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery

Delivery within Dhaka: 1–3 working days

Delivery outside Dhaka: 2–7 working days (may vary depending on circumstances)

Delivery charges will be added to the order.

4. Return & Exchange

Products must be checked at the time of delivery. No returns will be accepted after the delivery person has left.

5. Privacy

Customer information (name, phone number, address) will only be used for processing orders.

No information will be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.

6. Disclaimer
