Our goal is to provide the best service to our customers. For your convenience, we follow the return and exchange policy mentioned below:

 

✅ Return / Exchange Rules

1. Check at the time of delivery

Please check the product carefully in front of the delivery person upon receiving it.

No return will be accepted once the delivery person has left.

 

2. In case of defect or mismatch

If you find any defect or mismatch in the product, please contact our customer care immediately.

We will arrange an exchange within 2–7 working days.

 

3. Emergency return

In case of emergency, you must return the product to our given address by yourself.

Courier/delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

 

4. Refund process

If a refund is applicable, the amount will be returned within 10–15 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

❌ Return will not be accepted if:

The product is not checked in front of the delivery person

The product is used or damaged

Discounted/offer products (except for defects)

Original tags/packaging are removed or damaged
